Nan Ya Plastics Corp: Executives

Mr. Chia-Chau Wu has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Chairman of Nan Ya PCB Corp and Nan Ya Technology Corp.

Mr. Wen-Chiao Wang serves as Director and the Managing Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chairman of Formosa Petrochemical Corp. He also serves as the Chairman of Formosa Plastics Marine Corp., Nan Ya Photonics Inc., NKFG Corp., Formolight Inc., Asia Pacific Investment Corp., Gala Television Corp. and a Director of Formosa Plastics Corp., Formosa Chemicals & Fibre Corp., and Formosa Petrochemical Corp.

Mr. Wen-Yuan has been the Managing Director of the company since 2019. He serves as the Formosa Taffeta Co., Ltd. and a Director of Formosa Plastics Corp, Formosa Chemicals & Fibre Corp, Formosa Petrochemical Corp., Nan Ya PCB Corp., Nan Ya Technology Corp., Formosa Sumco Technology Corp., and Formosa Advanced Technologies Co., Ltd.

Mr. Yun-Peng Chu has been a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Drector of Research Center for Humanities and Social Science and chairman of Taiwan Insurance Guaranty Fund. He also serves as a Director of Asia Cement Corp.

Mr. Shen-Yi Lee has been a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, h served as the Chairman of Consumer’s Foundation, Chinese Taipei and honor Director of Chien Yeh Law Offices, He serves as the Vice Chairman of Taiwan New Economy Foundation, and a Director of Capital Securities Corp and WIN Semiconductors Corp.
