Nano Magic Inc: Executives

Mr. Scott E. Rickert has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2014 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Nanofilm from 2002 to 2014. He also served as the President of Nanofilm from 1985 to 2002.

Mr. Tom J. Berman has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since October 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Ascion LLC. He worked with Ascion from 2012 to 2018. Mr. Berman founded Berman Law, PLLC.

Ms. Jeanne M. Rickert has been the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Director of the company since August 2014. Previously, she served as a Lawyer with the Cleveland office of the international law firm of Jones Day.

Mr. Leandro Vera has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2020. He served as the acting Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, he was the co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Swiftmile, Inc from 2015 to 2018. He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Reverie from 2015 to 2017. Earlier, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and President of Ergomotion from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Vera served as the Managing Director of Pyrotek, and worked with Coopers & Lybrand LLP from 1995 to 1997.

Mr. Miles Gatland is a real estate entrepreneur founded Miles Gatland and Associates, Inc. in 1994. Presently, he is working as broker and private investor on board of Surgical Safety Scanner, Inc. from 2019 to 2020.
