Mr. Christopher A Seams has been the Chairman of the company. Currently, he serves as a Director of Xperi Inc. Previously, Mr. Seams served as the Chief Executive Officer at Deca Technologies from June 2013 to August 2016. He also served as the Executive Vice President of sales and marketing at Cypress Semiconductor and held various technical and operational management positions in its manufacturing, development, and operations.

Mr. Michael P Plisinski has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. He also serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Plisinski served as the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Rudolph Technologies Inc. He also served as the Vice President and General Manager of Data Analysis and Review Business Unit. Mr. Plisinski also served as the President at Counterpoint Solutions.

Mr. Brian K. Robert has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Sensata Technologies. Prior to this, Mr. Robert served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Tarveda Therapeutics.

Mr. Ramil Yaldaei has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Global Operations, Metrology and Inspection at Onto Innovation from 2022 to 2023. From September 2020 to January 2022, Mr. Yaldei served as the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Transformation at Visby Medical. He served as the Vice President and General Manager of Global Part Sourcing and Technology at Applied Materials from 2005 to 2017. From September 2003 to October 2005, Mr. Yaldei served as the Managing Director of Global Sourcing and Operations at Lam Research.

Mr. Michel Rosa serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Strategy the company. Prior to this, he served as Chief Marketing Officer for Applied Materials ICAPS and advanced packaging groups.
