Mr. Howard M. Lorber has been the Chairman of the company since January 2007. He serves as a Director of the company since 1987. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Nathan’s from 1993 to 2006 and Chairman from 1990 to 2006. Prior to this, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Vector Group Ltd; President, Director and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Lorber also served as Vice Chairman of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc from July 2006 to December 2019. Previously, he also served as Director, President and Chief Operating Officer of New Valley Corporation. Mr. Lorber serves as a Chairman of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.

Mr. Eric Gatoff has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Corporate Counsel of the company. Previously, he worked as a partner with Grubman, Indursky & Schindler, P.C.

Mr. Robert Steinberg has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Treasurer, Secretary and Vice President of Finance of the company since June 2020. He served as Corporate Controller of the Company since 2014. Prior to this he served as a divisional controller at Calvin Klein, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of PVH Corp. from 1999 to 2013. Previously, Mr. Steinberg was a manager in the audit practice of EY LLP.

Mr. Leigh Platte has been the Senior Vice President of Food Service the company since September 2018. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President from 2014 to 2018. Previously, he also served as the Director of Marketing, Hebrew National Marketing, Vice President Sales and Marketing for Hebrew National Foodservice and Director Sales for the Emerging Chain Group.
