Mrs. Hala Ali Husain Yateem has been the Chairwoman of the bank since April 2024. She also serves as a Director of A.M. Yateem Brothers, Bahrain Real Estate Investment Company (Edamah), Ali Hussain Yateem Holding Co. W.L.L., The Hope Fund W.L.L. Previously, Ms. Yateem served as a Board member at Bahrain Family Business Association, Yateem Oxygen and Bahrain Tourism Company.

Mr. Mohsin Rahim has been the Group Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Citigroup’s US Personal Banking & Wealth Management Operations, Citigroup China, and Citigroup Philippines. He has more than 25 years of international banking experience.

Mr. Mohamed Ebrahim Mahri has been the Chief Credit Officer of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as Head of Credit Risk for Commercial and SMEs of the company. He also held senior roles at local and regional financial institutions.

Mr. Razi Amin is the Group Chief Information Officer of the bank. Prior to this, he worked as an Executive Director at First Energy Bank. Mr. Amin worked in various position at Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait from 2005 to 2006.

Mr. Hisham Abu Alfateh has been the Chief Corporate Communications Officer of the bank since 2017. He has been a part of the company since 2017. Earlier, he held various positions with Peacock Concierge Group, Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance (BIBF), ZAIN Bahrain, Venture Capital Bank, Gulf Air – Bahrain and London, Promoseven Group, Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait and Ahli United Bank.
