Ms. Amal Suhail Bahwan is the Chairwoman of the bank. She also serves as the Vice Chairperson of Suhail Bahwan Group Holding LLC. Prior to this, she served as a Director of the bank. She also serves as the Chairperson of Al Jazeera Steel Products Co. SAOG and a Director of Oman Oil Marketing Co. SAOG.

Mr. Abdullah Zahran Al Hinai is the Chief Executive Officer of the bank. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Wholesale Banking and Strategic Growth Officer at a leading financial institution. He serves as a Board Member of Oman Banks Association, Oman Urban Development Company Oman, OITPF-Wave Oman and GCC Properties Income Fund. He also serves a Member of the investment committee of Izdihar Real Estate Fund.

Mr. Sulaiman Said AL Lamki is the General Manager and Chief Risk Officer of the bank. Prior to this, he served various leadership roles in risk management, wealth management, and investment banking. Mr. Sulaiman also has 25 years of experience in global financial institutions.

Mr. Hassan Abdul Amir Shaban is the Chief Government and Alliance Banking Officer, and General Manager of the bank. Prior to this, he served in various organizations such as Commerzbank - Zurich, Majan International Bank, National bank Of Oman. Earlier, he worked as Oman Commercial attache in Taiwan from 1995 to 1997. Previously, he served in Diplomatic field as Omani Commercial attache in South Africa from 1993 to 1995.
