Mr. Khalid Al Marzooqi has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Dolphin Energy Limited. Mr. Marzooqi also served as the Senior Vice President of Dolphin’s Technical Services Division. Earlier, he also held various senior roles at Abu Dhabi Department of Transport, Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority and ADCO.

Mr. Adel Salem Al Wahedi has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Group Chief Financial Officer of Arabtec Holding Company PJSC, Abu Dhabi Ports Company and Petrofac Emirates. Mr. Wahedi also held senior roles at Emirates Telecommunications Corporation.

Mr. Antonio Di Cecca has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Asset Management at ENGIE in Dubai. He also held various roles within the global district cooling industry during his 11 years at ENGIE. Mr. Di Cecca spent five years with the International Energy Agency.

Mr. Yousif Al Hammadi serves as the Chief Asset Management Officer at the company. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Key Stakeholders and Government Relations at Tabreed and held the position of Head of Business Development. Mr. Yousif was also the Senior Vice President of Projects at Tabreed and served as the Vice President of the Construction Management Unit at Mubadala. He held Board positions at various organizations, including DDCP and SNC-Lavalin Gulf Contractors.

Mr. Bakheet Al Katheeri is the Chairman of the Board at the company. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the UAE Investments Platform at Mubadala Investment Company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mubadala Energy and held the position of Vice President at the National Central Cooling Company. Mr. Bakheet has also been a member of various industry boards, including Cepsa and Oil Search.
