Mr. David F. Smith has been the Chairman of the company since March 2010. He also served as Executive Chairman of the Board. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from February 2008 to March 2013. He served as President of the Company from February 2006 through June 2010. Mr. Smith also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company from February 2006 to February 2008 and as Vice President of the Company from April 2005 to February 2006.

Mr. David P. Bauer has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director of National Fuel since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the President of National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation from 2016 to 2019, and as Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer of the Company from 2010 to 2019.

Mr. Ronald C. Kraemer has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since March 2021. Prior to this role, he served as the President of National Fuel’s pipeline and storage operations. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Supply Corporation and President of Empire Pipeline. Before that, he held various roles at National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, Horizon Energy Development.

Mr. Martin A. Krebs has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Distribution Corporation at the Company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer of Fidelis Care from January 2012 to June 2018. Mr. Krebs also worked as the Chief Information Officer of the Fidelis Plan and Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Security July 2018 to November 2018.
