Mr Musaab Sulaiman Al Muhaidib has been the Chairman of the company since July 2025. He also serves as the Chairman of the Middle East Paper Co., Masdar Construction Materials Company, Seedra Ventures, EBDA Entertainment Company, Saudi Endeavor, and Goldman Sachs Saudi Arabia. He is also the Vice Chairman at Al Hasan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker, Al Hoshan Company, and a Board Member in Saudi Crafts and Handicrafts Company.

Mr. Fawaz Mohammad Al-Fawaz has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Support Functions for the company. Mr. Al-Fawaz has also served in various senior positions at Saudi Basic Industries Corp; and as General Manager of Accounting Services and Assistant Vice President of Finance at Sabic Marketing Co. Currently, he also serves as Chairman of Saudi Logistics Co and Saudi Acrylic Acid Co; and as a board member in Tasnee and Sahara Olefins Co, Saudi Polyolefins Co, National Titanium Dioxide Co, and Advanced Metal Industries Clusters Co.

Mr. Emad Al-Haji serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Secretary at Power and Water Utility Co for Jubail and Yanbu. Currently, he also serves as a board member of Saudi Acrylic Acid Co, Saudi Acrylic Polymers Co, and the Saudi Acrylic Monomers Co. Mr. Al-Haji also serves as the Secretary of Tasnee and Sahara Olefins Co and Saudi Acrylic Acid Co.

Mr. Talal Al Maiman is the Vice Chairman of the company. He currently also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Kingdom Holding Co; Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Real Estate Investment Company Ltd, Kingdom Schools Company Ltd, and Commercial Center Co. Ltd; and as the Chairman of the Kingdom Investment Development Co Ltd.
