NNN REIT Inc: Executives

Mr. Edward J. Fritsch has been the Chairperson of the company since February 2026. Previously, he served as the Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Highwoods Properties, Inc. Currently, Mr. Fritsch serves as the Director of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Foundation, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Real Estate Holdings, and Cristo Rey Research Triangle High School.

Mr. Stephen A. Horn has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Horn served as the Chief Acquisition Officer and Executive Vice President at the company from 2014 to 2020. Earlier, he also served as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at the company from 2008 to 2013 and Vice President of Acquisitions of the company from 2003 to 2008.

Mr. Vincent H. Chao has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Assistant Secretary, and Treasurer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of Finance at RPT Realty. Prior to this, Mr. Chao served as the Head of US REIT Research at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.

Ms. Michelle L. Miller has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Executive Vice President of the company since 2024. Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company. Prior to this, Ms. Miller served as the Senior Manager at KPMG.

Mr. Joshua P. Lewis has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President and Head of Acquisitions at the company. Prior to this, Mr. Lewis worked at BofA Securities.
