National Vision Holdings Inc: Executives

Mr. Reade Fahs has been the Chairman of the company since August 1, 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Fahs served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company. Previously, Mr. Fahs served as the Chief Executive Officer of First Tuesday and as the Managing Director of Vision Express U.K. Prior to this, Mr. Fahs served at LensCrafters.

Mr. Alex Wilkes has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since August 2025, and President since August 2024. Previously, he served as President of the Americas at CooperVision. Earlier, Mr. Wilkes served at EssilorLuxottica, in various roles, including as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Pearle Vision.

Mr. Christopher Laden has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Community Veterinary Partners from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, Mr. Laden served as the Chief Financial Officer of Women’s Care from 2021 to 2022. From 2020 to 2021, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of MD Now Medical Centers. From 2016 to 2020, Mr. Laden served as the Head of Finance at Luxottica – Pearle Vision. He also served at General Electric – Aviation from 2008 to 2016.

Mr. David Cutler has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as General Manager and Global Lead for Technology Enablement. Prior to this, Mr. David served as Managing Director for Slalom and Chief Executive Officer of mLevel.

Mr. Bill Clark has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Five Below, Inc. from 2014 to 2019. Mr. Clark also served as Vice President of Retail Human Resources at Dollar General Corporation. He also served at Walmart and Sam’s Club for about 10 years.
