Mr. D. Randolph Peeler has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served for Berkshire as Managing Director. Mr. Peeler also worked as a Consultant at Cannon Associates and Bain & Co. He serves as a Director of Affordable Care, Inc., Lightower Fiber Networks, Husky International, Inc. and Curriculum Associates, LLC.

Mr. L Reade Fahs has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2014. He serves as the Chairman of the Board of VisionSpring. Mr. Fahs joined the company as the President and Chief Operating Officer in 2002. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at First Tuesday and the Managing Director at Vision Express UK. Mr. Fahs spent over 10 years at Lenscrafters. He serves as Chairman of VisionSpring and a Director of Ditto Technologies, Inc., RestoringVision, Atlanta’s Alliance Theatre and Affordable Care, Inc.

Ms. Melissa Rasmussen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller at Lexmark International, Inc from 2016 to 2019. She also held various positions at Lexmark International, Inc as North America Controller, Global Consolidation Manager and a Director of SEC Reporting and Consolidation.

Mr. Patrick R Moore has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fiserv, Inc, First Data Corporation, Fluor Corporation and BellSouth Corporation.

Mr. Ravi Acharya has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since March 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Divisional Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of eCommerce for Medtronic’s global Diabetes business unit.
