Mr. Nicolas Namias has been the Chairman of the bank. He is also Chief Executive Officer of the BPCE since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the BPCE Management Board Member in charge of Finance and Group Strategy from November 2018 to August 2020. Previously, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategic Planning, and as a member of the Natixis Senior Management Committee of the bank in 2017. Mr. Namias has been associated with the bank since 2014.

Ms. Nathalie Bricker has been the Chief Financial Officer of the bank since 2018. She has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Natixis Investment Managers since 2023. Prior to this, she served as head of accounting and ratios, and head of accounting standards and Systems. Previously, she served as head of the central accounting department with Caisse des Depots et Consignations.

Ms. Veronique Sani has been the Chief Operating Officer of the bank since 2018. She also serves as the Technology and Transformation Director. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Societe Generale Global Solution Centre in India in 2015. Previously, she served as a Managing Director Americas Operations at Société Générale CIB in New York in 2012. Earlier, she worked as Global Head of OTC Derivatives Operations for Societe General CIB. Ms. Sani started her career at Banque Indosuez in 1994.

Ms. Cecile Tricon-Bossard has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, she served as Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer for Natixis. Previously, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Corporate & Investment Banking in the company. Prior to this role, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Internal Communications of Natixis Asset Management. She joined IXIS Asset Management in 2001
