Mr. Nicolas Namias has been the Chairman of the bank. He is also Chief Executive Officer of the BPCE since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the BPCE Management Board Member in charge of Finance and Group Strategy from November 2018 to August 2020. Previously, he worked as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategic Planning, and as a member of the Natixis Senior Management Committee of the bank in 2017. Mr. Namias has been associated with the bank since 2014.

Mr. Mohamed Kallala has been the Chief Executive Officer of the bank since January 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Global Head of the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) business line in January 2023. Previously, he served as the Global Co-Head of CIB from November 2020 to January 2023. Before that, he was the Global Head of Global Markets at Natixis from March 2020 until November 2020. Earlier, he was appointed Global Head of Investment Banking from November 2016 to March 2020.

Ms. Nathalie Bricker has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Natixis Investment Managers since 2023. Prior to this, she served as head of accounting and ratios, and head of accounting standards and Systems. Previously, she served as head of the central accounting department with Caisse des Depots et Consignations.

Mr. Philippe Setbon has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the bank since January 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Natixis Investment Managers since December 2023, overseeing the Asset & Wealth Management business lines. He joined Natixis after serving as Chief Executive Officer of Ostrum Asset Management from November 2019. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Groupama Asset Management in 2013 and held the role of Chief Executive Officer of Generali Group from 2009 to 2013. Setbon also served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of Generali Investments France until April 2009. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Equity Management and Strategy at Rothschild & Cie Gestion from June 2003 to February 2004 and worked as a portfolio manager and Chief Investment Officer at Azur GMF from 1993 to 2001.

Ms. Cecile Tricon-Bossard has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the bank since 2020. Prior to this role, she served as Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer for Natixis. Previously, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Corporate & Investment Banking in the bank. Prior to this role, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Internal Communications of Natixis Asset Management. She joined IXIS Asset Management in 2001.
