Mr. Corbin J. Robertson has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2002. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Great Northern Properties Ltd Partnership and Quintana Minerals Corporation. He also served as the Chairman of New Gauley Coal Corp, and Western Pocahontas Properties Ltd Partnership. Currently, Mr. Robertson serves as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Managers of Premium Resources, LLC. Currently, Mr. Robertson serves as Principal of Quintana Capital Group, and the Chairman of the Cullen Trust for Higher Education. He also serves on the boards of the American Petroleum Institute, the National Petroleum Council, the Baylor College of Medicine and the Spirit Golf Association.

Mr. Christopher J. Zolas has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer of the company from 2015 to 2017. He also served as a Director of Financial Reporting, Manager of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Cheniere Energy, Inc.

Mr. Craig W. Nunez has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of GP Natural Resource Partners LLC from 2015 to 2017. Earlier, he was the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Bocage Group. He served as a FINRA-registered Investment Advisor for Searle & Co and an Executive Advisor to Capital One Asset Management. Previously, Mr. Nunez served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Quicksilver Resources Canada, Inc., Vice President, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Halliburton Co, and a Treasurer of Colonial Pipeline Co. Currently, he serves on the boards of Goodwill Industries of Houston and Medical Bridges, Inc.

Mr. Gregory F. Wooten has been the Executive Vice President of Business Development of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Regional Manager of the company. Earlier, Mr. Wooten served as the Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Engineer of Dingess Rum Properties, Inc. Currently, he serves as the President of the National Council of Coal Lessors and a board member of the West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana and Montana Coal Associations. He also serves on the board of the Cabell-Huntington Hospital.

Mr. Philip T. Warman has been the General Counsel and Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of SandRidge Energy Inc. from August 2010 until June 2019. He was Associate General Counsel for SEC and finance matters for Spectra Energy Corporation from January 2007 through July 2010.
