Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President for Finance & Accounts, and Chief General Manager (Finance & Accounts) within the company. Mr. Rao also served as Vice President of Finance at IVRCL Infrastructures and Projects Ltd. He served as General Manager of Finance and Company Secretary of Restile Ceramics Ltd. Earlier, he served as Finance Manager and Company Secretary of Regency Ceramic Ltd and Monarch Pipes Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Hemant M Nerurkar serves as the Chairman of the company.
