Mr. Takashi Niino has been the Chairman of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of the company from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company from 2016 to 2021 and as a Senior Executive Vice President, the Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Information Officer, and a Director of the company from 2012 to 2016. He also served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Strategy Officer of the company from 2011 to 2012. Mr. Niino was appointed as an Executive Vice President of NEC in 2010. Earlier, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Executive General Manager of Financial Solutions Operations Unit, and Senior General Manager of 3rd Solutions Operations Unit of the company during 2005 - 2008. Earlier, he served as the Executive General Manager of 2nd Solutions Sales Operations Unit of the company from 2004 to 2005. Mr. Niino joined the company in 1977.

Mr. Takayuki Morita has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Executive Vice President and Director of the company. Mr. Morita also served as the Senior Executive Vice President and a Director of the company from 2018 to 2018; and Executive Vice President, Chief Global Officer, and a Director from June 2016 to April 2018. He served as the Chief Global Officer and Executive Vice President of the company from April 2016 to June 2016; Executive Vice President from July 2011 to April 2016; and Senior Vice President from April 2008 to July 2011. Mr. Morita served as the Senior Vice President and Executive General Manager of the Corporate Business Development Unit of the company from April 2006 to April 2008; and General Manager of the Business Development Division from April 2002 to April 2006. He joined the company in 1983.

Mr. Kunikazu Amemiya has been the Chief Financial Officer, Director, and Senior Executive Vice President of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. He also served as the Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. Earlier, he served in various positions including as the Vice President of Social and Public Business Unit and General Manager of 3rd Financial Solutions Division at the company.

Mr. Osamu Fujikawa has been the Chief Financial Officer, Director, and Corporate Executive Vice President of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Department Manager of Corporate Business Development Division of the company from 2014 to 2017. Mr. Fujikawa joined the company in April 1988.

Mr. Hiroshi Kodama is the Chief Information Officer and Corporate Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of the company. He also served as the Vice President of the Enterprise Business Unit of the company. Earlier, he served as the General Manager of DCM Solutions Division and DCM Sales Division of the company.
