Mr. Jason Patrick Quinn has been the Chief Executive Officer of the grou since May 2024. Previously, he was the Financial Director of Absa Group Limited and Absa Bank Limited. Prior to this, Mr. Jason Quinn served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Absa from April 2021 to March 2022.

Mr. Michael Davis has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the group since 2020. Previously, he served as an Executive for Balance Sheet Management at the group. Earlier, he worked with Deloitte and BoE Bank Limited. He has 20 years of experience and held various roles related to asset and liability, finance, treasury, regulatory, and risk and capital management.

Mr. Mfundo Clement Nkuhlu has been the Chief Operating Officer and Director of the group since January 2015. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Executive of Nedbank Corporate from 2009 to 2015; as the Head of Corporate Banking in 2005; and the Head of Nedbank Africa in 2004. Prior to joining Nedbank, Mr. Nkuhlu was the executive responsible for revenue, strategy, and economic analysis at the South African Revenue Service (SARS) and Chief Director in the DTI for Africa and NEPAD.

Mr. David Crewe Brown has been the Chief Risk Officer of the group since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Finance and Operating Officer of Retail & Business Banking of the group. He holds over 28 years of experience in finance, operations, credit, capital management and regulatory reporting in the financial services industry.

Ms. Nomonde Hlongwa has been the Chief Compliance Officer of the group since April 2025. Previously, she served as the Chief Compliance Officer of Business and Commercial Banking at Standard Bank. Prior to this, she held various roles in the financial services sector, focusing on legal, risk, and compliance management across several African markets.
