Mr. Tan Sri Wan Zulkiflee Wan Ariffin has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Currently, he is the Chairman of Malakoff Corporation Berhad, DRB-HICOM Berhad, and Gas Malaysia Berhad. Prior to this, he was the Chairman at Malaysia Airlines Berhad and the Chairman at Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad. Previously, he was the President and Group Chief Executive Officer at Petronas and Chairman of Malaysia’s National Trust Fund.

Mr. Juan Aranols has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2018. Previously, he also served as the Chief Financial Officer and senior management team member for Zone Asia, Oceania and sub-Saharan African at Nestle SA from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Aranols served as the Group Controller of Nestle SA from 2012 to 2015. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Nestle Iberian region from 2007 to 2012. Mr. Aranols was the Chief Financial Officer for Nestle Caribbean Region from 2005 to 2007 and Nestle Plata region from 2003 to 2005. Earlier, he also served as the Controller for Ice Cream and Frozen Food business at Nestle Italy from 1998 to 2003. Mr. Aranols also served as the Strategic Business Controller at Nestle SA from 1995 to 1998. He also served as the internal auditor at Nestle Spain from 1990 to 1995.

Mr. Syed Saiful Islam has been the Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Head of Finance & Control at Nestlé Malaysia/Singapore Region. Previously, he served as a Head of Finance and Control at Nestle Pakistan Limited. Head of Finance & Control at Nestle Nigeria PLC, Vice President of Finance and Control at Nestle Lanka PLC.
