Mr. Jason Jr Avancena has been the Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director and Director of the company since March 2023. Previously, she served as the Managing Director of Nestle Sri Lanka and as Business Executive Officer (BEO) for the Nutrition and Dairy businesses in Nestle Pakistan and Afghanistan. He has over 26 years of international experience with the company in various markets such as Indonesia, the Philippines, Switzerland, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

Ms. Komal Altaf serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Countries Controller of Nestle MENA. Previously, she served as the Zone EMENA Sales Controller at Nestle Headquarters in Switzerland, Business Unit Controller for Confectionary, Internal Auditor and Finance Projects Lead at Nestle Middle East. Ms. Altaf started her career in 2008 with Ernst & Young, consultancy division in UAE.

Mr. Faisal Nadeem serves as the Head of Technical at Nestle Pakistan. Previously, he served as Factory Manager in Nestle Philippines Tanauan in 2018. Prior to this, he served as Factory Manager at the Kabirwala Factory from November 2014. He was the Category Technical Manager at Waters Pakistan from 2012. Earlier, he worked at the Port Qasim Factory, Karachi as Factory Manager in 2009. Earlier, he served as Factory Manager of the Islamabad Factory from 2006 to 2009. He joined Nestle in 2002 as a Management Trainee.

Mr. Syed Yawar Ali serves as the Chairman of the company. He serves as a Director of the State Bank of Pakistan, Pakistan International Airlines, the Agricultural Development Bank of Pakistan and the Lahore Electric Supply Company. Mr. Ali also serves as the Chairman of Wazir Ali Industries Limited and as the Vice President of the India-Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Pakistan Dairy Association.
