Mr. Paul Bulcke has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2008 to 2016. Previously, he also served as the Executive Vice President of the company and the Zone Director for Zone Americas, including the US, Canada, Latin America and Caribbean from 2004 to 2008. He also worked as the Market Head of Nestle Germany from 2000 to 2004; the Market head of Nestle Czech and Slovak Republic from 1998 to 2000 and Market Head of Nestle Portugal from 1996 to 1998. Earlier, Mr. Bulcke also served in several positions, including Marketing, Sales and Division functions at Nestle Peru, Nestle Ecuador and Nestle Chile from 1980 to 1996. He also served as the Marketing Trainee of the company from 1979 to 1980.

Mr. Ulf Mark Schneider has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2017. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Roche Holding Ltd. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fresenius Group from 2003 to 2016. Mr. Schneider served as the Chief Financial Officer of Fresenius Medical Care from 2001 to 2003. He also held various senior positions at Haniel Group, including the Chief Financial Officer of Gehe UK plc, the Vice President of Business Development North America, and various senior executive positions at Halfen GmbH, and as the Assistant to executive board of Haniel Group from 1989 to 2001.

Ms. Anna Manz has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer for the London Stock Exchange Group. She also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at Johnson Matthey. Previously, she worked as the Chief Strategy Officer at Diageo Plc.

Mr. Stefan Palzer has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Nestle Research Center from 2016 to 2018, and the Global R&D Director of Strategic Business Unit Beverages from 2013 to 2016, and the Managing Director Nestle Product Technology Centre for Confectionery, Nestle UK from 2010 to 2013. He also served as the Head of Food Science & Technology and Manager of Food Science & Technology Expert Networks, Nestlé Research Center from 2007 to 2010 at the company; and Manager of Technology Group, Nestle Product Technology Center for Culinary, Nestle Germany in 2006. Earlier, Mr. Palzer worked as the Leader of Nestle Product Technology Centre for Culinary, Nestle Germany from 2003 to 2006.

Ms. Lisa Gibby has been the Deputy Executive Vice President and Chief Communications Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Corporate Communications for Nestle's U.S. operations from 2022 to 2023. She also served as the Director of Global Communications of The ONE Campaign. Previously, Ms. Gibby worked as the Vice President of Corporate Communications at AOL; Senior Vice President at Robinson, Lerer & Montgomery, LLC; and Manager of Corporate Communications at Home Box Office (HBO).
