Mr. Pablo Isla has been the Chairman of the company since October 2025. Previously, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Altadis Group. Earlier, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman of Inditex S.A from 2005 to 2011. He also served as Director of Telefonica S.A. from 2003 to 2017. Previously, he served as General Manager for the National Heritage Department of the Treasury Ministry, Government of Spain from 1998 to 2003. Prior to this, he served as General Counsel for Banco Popular Espanol from 1992 to 1996.

Mr. Philipp Navratil has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2025. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé Nespresso S.A. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Nestlé’s Coffee Strategic Business Unit from 2020 to 2024. Previously, he took on the leadership of the coffee and beverage business in Mexico and the Country Manager for Nestle Honduras of the company. Previously, he hold various commercial positions in Central America at Nestle.

Ms. Anna Manz has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer for the London Stock Exchange Group Plc from 2020 to February 2024. She also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at Johnson Matthey Plc from From 2016 to 2020. Previously, she worked as the Chief Strategy Officer, Treasurer and Finance Director at Diageo Plc from 1999 to 2016. She also served as Director of ITV PLC. Currently, she serves as a Director of Astra Zeneca PLC.

Mr. Stefan Palzer has been the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Nestle Research Center from 2016 to 2018, and the Global R&D Director of Strategic Business Unit Beverages from 2013 to 2016, and the Managing Director Nestle Product Technology Center for Confectionery, Nestle UK from 2010 to 2013. He also served as the Head of Food Science & Technology and Manager of Food Science & Technology Expert Networks, Nestlé Research Center from 2007 to 2010 at the company; and Manager of Technology Group, Nestle Product Technology Center for Culinary, Nestle Germany in 2006. Earlier, Mr. Palzer worked as the Leader of Nestle Product Technology Center for Culinary, Nestle Germany from 2003 to 2006.

Ms. Antonia Wanner has been the Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since January 2025. Prior to this, she served as Group Head of ESG, Sustainability Strategy and Deployment from 2020 to Jan 2025. Earlier, she served as Chief Procurement Officer and Managing Director of the Nestrade Procurement Division from 2017 to 2020. She previously held the role of Global Head of Procurement Commodities from 2013 to 2017. Previously, she served as Program Manager for the Nestle Germany Q4 Sustainability Program from 2012 to 2013 and Head of Sales Services, Nestle Germany from 2010 to 2012. She also served as Global Head of Procurement Excellence from 2006 to 2010 and held several procurement leadership roles in Germany, including Head of Procurement, Nestle Germany from 2002 to 2006.
