Mr. T. Michael Nevens has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. He serves as a Director of the company since 2009. He served as a senior advisor of Permira Funds. Prior to this, he spent 23 years advising technology companies with McKinsey & Co. He serves as a Director of Altera Corporation and Ciena Corporation.

Mr. George Kurian has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2015. He served as the President of the company from 2016 to 2020. Previously, he held various leadership roles including as an Executive Vice President of product operations and as the Senior Vice President of the Data ONTAP group and Senior Vice President of the Storage SoluPons Group. Prior to this, Mr. Kurian held various leadership roles at Cisco Systems, Akamai Technologies, McKinsey & Company, and Oracle Corporation.

Mr. Michael Berry has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of McAfee. Mr. Michael worked as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, And Chief Operating Office at FireEye. He also worked at Informatica as Executive Vice President And Chief Financial Office.

Ms. Gabrielle Boko has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, she has held various positions in the technology industry and led transformations in senior marketing roles at Cognos, SAP, Sage, and HPE.

Ms. Elizabeth O’Callaha has been the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President, and Secretary of the company since January 2022. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the company. Ms. O'Callaha also served as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel from May 2020 to April 2021, and as the Vice President of Corporate Legal from October 2013 to April 2020.
