Mr. Li Quan has been the proposed Chairman of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2019. He also serves as the Chairman for Asset Management company, New China Pension and Asset Management Company (Hong Kong). He served as the temporary responsible person of the company from June 2019 to August 2019. He also served as the President at AMC from March 2010 to September 2019 and Vice Chairman of AMC from December 2016 to September 2019.

Mr. Zhang Hong has been a Director and Vice President of the company since June 2021. He also serves as a Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of the company since September 2019. He was an Executive Director, Chairman of the supervisors board and President of China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation; General Manager and Chairman of China Property & Casualty Reinsurance Company Ltd.; and a Director of China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company Ltd., and China Reinsurance Asset Management.

Mr. YANG Zheng has been the Chief Financial Officer at NCI since 2017. Previously, he has been the Vice President of the company and Director at Asset Management Company since 2016. He served as the company's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the executive committee from January to June 2022. Prior to this, he worked for China Life Insurance Company Limited as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He is a fellow of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Interpretations Committee, and the British Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Mr. Qin Hongbo has been the vice president of the Company since November 2021 and chief risk officer of the Company since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as the general manager of development and reform department, general manager of strategy and development department, chief strategy officer and spokesman of China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation. Previously, he worked as the deputy general manager of China Continent Property & Casualty Insurance Company Ltd., director of China Life Reinsurance Company Ltd. and China Reinsurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited.

Mr. Gong Xingfeng has been the Secretary of the company since 2017 and is its Vice President since 2016 and Chief Actuary since 2010. He has been a Director and Chief Actuary of New China Pension since 2017. He served as an Assistant General Manager of the Actuarial Department, Deputy General Manager of the Underwriting Approval and Claims Settlement Department, General Manager of the Customer Service Department, Chief Actuary, and Assistant to President. Mr. Xingfeng was also the Head of Investment Business at Asset Management Company.
