Mr. Michael Nierenberg has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since May 2016. He has been the President and Chief Executive Officer at the company since 2013. Prior to this, Mr. Nierenberg served as the Managing Director and Head of Global Mortgages and Securitized Products at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2008. Mr. Nierenberg served as the Head of Global Securitized Products. He also served as a Member of Bear Stearns's Board of Directors from 2006 to 2008.

Mr. Nicola Santoro has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer of the company since 2015. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer at FXCM, Inc. from 2012 to 2015. From 2005 to 2012, Mr. Santoro served at Financial Guaranty Insurance Company as the Principal Financial Officer from 2008.

Mr. Philip Sivin serves as Managing Director and Chief Legal Officer of the company. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Chief Counsel-Credit at Angelo, Gordon & Co, L.P. Mr. Sivin also held a variety of senior positions, including Senior Managing Director, General Counsel, and Chief Financial Officer of the M.D. Sass Group of Companies.

Mr. Charles Sorrentino serves as the Managing Director of the company. Previously, he served at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in various senior leadership roles for 14 years. Prior to this, Mr. Sorrentino served at Prudential Securities. He has over 20 years of experience in capital markets.

Mr. Varun Wadhawan serves as Managing Director of the company. Prior to joining the company, he served at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group for 10 years. Mr. Wadhawan also served at American Express and KPMG.
