Mr. Cheng Kar-Shun has been the Chairman of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he has served as the Managing Director of the company from 1989 to 2012. He also serves as the Chairman and a Director of NWS Holdings Limited, Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Limited, FSE Lifestyle Services Limited and i-CABLE Communications Limited. Earlier, he served as the Chairman and a Director of New World Department Store China Limited. He served as a Director of DTXS Silk Road Investment Holdings Company Limited. Mr. Shun serves as a Director of Cheng Yu Tung Family (Holdings II) Limited, Cheng Yu Tung Family (Holdings) Limited, Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited, and Chow Tai Fook Capital Limited, Chow Tai Fook (Holding) Limited.

Mr. Chang Yan-Tung, Louis has been the Deputy Owner’s Representative of Hotel Division at the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served senior finance roles with various international hotel chains including Mandarin Oriental and Hyatt.

Mr. Cheng Chi Kong has been the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he held various roles at the company including the General Manager, Executive Vice Chairman, Joint General Manager; Executive Director, and a Director. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman and a Director of New World Department Store China Ltd and Arta TechFin Corporation Limited, He serves as a Director of NWS Holdings Limited, Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Ltd, Giordano International Ltd and New Century Healthcare Holding Co Ltd.

Mr. Lau Fu-Keung Edward serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of a Chinese property developer with business focus in Greater Bay Area. Earlier, he held various senior positions in equity capital markets and global credit trading with global investment banks.

Mr. Ma Siu Cheung has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company. He served as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Ltd. He also served as the Executive Vice President of the Civil and Infrastructure Business (Asia Pacific) of AECOM Asia Company Ltd. Previously, he served as the Secretary for Development of the HKSAR.
