Mr. Craig DeSanto has been the Chairman of the company since April 2023 and is its Chief Executive Officer since April 2022 and President since July 2020. He was appointed to New York Life’s Executive Management Committee in 2017. Mr. DeSanto joined the company in 1997 as an actuarial summer intern. He also serves as a Director of the American Council of Life Insurers and the Partnership for New York City.

Mr. Eric A. Feldstein has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Health Care Service Corporation from 2016 to 2019. He also served as Executive Vice President at American Express Company from 2010 to 2016. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Partner at Eton Park Capital Management L.P. Mr. Feldstein began his career with General Motors Corporation in 1985 and thereon served in various positions including as Treasurer of General Motors and Chief Executive Officer of GMAC Financial Services.

Mr. Benjamin Rosenthal is the Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Operational Risk Officer at Northern Trust from 2012 to 2016. He also served in various positions at Northern Trust including Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Risk Analytics & Insurance. Previously, he worked for a large North American Bank.

Mr. Anthony R. Malloy serves as an Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of the company. He joined the company in 1999 and has served in various senior roles including as Senior Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income and Managing Director and Head of Leveraged Finance. Previously, he served in roles of increasing responsibilities in lending, debt capital markets and risk management at J.P. Morgan, Toronto-Dominion, and First Chicago.

Ms. Kathleen Navarro is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Business Enablement at the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Diversity Officer and Head of Talent Management at the company. Previously, she served in several positions at the company across various areas including finance, strategy, and operations areas. She joined the company in 1994.
