Mr. Justin E. Driscoll has been the President and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as an Interim President and Chief Executive Officer at New York Power Authority. Earlier, Mr. Driscoll also serves on several Boards including The Alliance to Save Energy, New York City’s Urban Green Council, the Large Public Power Council, and the World Resources Institute’s Global Energy Advisory Board in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Adam Barsky has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief of Staff and Special Counsellor at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Prior to this, he also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of IDB bank NY Deputy Secretary to the Governor of New York. Prior to this, he served as the Budget Director and Chief Financial Officer of the City of New York and as Director of the Mayor’s Office of Operations. Earlier, Mr. Barsky served various roles including, Chairman of the New York City Employees Retirement System, Chairman of the New York City Transitional Finance Authority, and Chairman of the NYC Municipal Water Finance Authority, Acting Commissioner of the New York City Department of Finance, and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the New York City Economic Development Corporation.

Mr. Joseph Kessler has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Power Generation at the authority's fleet. Prior to this, he served as an engineer in the electrical maintenance department of the NYPA. Earlier, Mr. Kessler served as the Member of SUNY at Buffalo’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences Dean’s Advisory Council, Senior Member of the IEEE, Member of Erie-Niagara Chapter of the NYSSPE and a Member of the IAEI, IESNA, and NETA.

Mr. Robert Piascik has been the Senior Vice President, the Chief Technology Officer and the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served various senior leadership roles in both public and private companies including Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Prudential Financials and Connecticut Municipal Electric Cooperative. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Planning & Strategy of Annuities IT at Prudential.

Ms. Daniella Piper has been the Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief of Staff & Vice President and Digital Transformation Office at the Authority.
