Mr. Thomas R. Palmer has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2018 until 2019; an Executive Vice President; and the Senior Vice President of Asia Pacific and Indonesia operations. Earlier, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Pilbara Mines at Rio Tinto Iron Ore. Mr. Palmer held various roles across several commodities, including the General Manager of Technology for the Bauxite and Alumina business at Rio Tinto. He also served as the General Manager of Asset Management at Palabora Mining Co in South Africa and the General Manager of Operations at Hail Creek coal mine.

Ms. Kevin Ovelmen has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served Director roles at Hess Corporation and Arcelor Mittal. Ms. Ovelmen held various leadership roles at Flowserve, LyondellBassell Industries NV, and Petroplus Holdings AG.

Ms. Natascha Viljoen has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this she served as a Chief Executive Officer and a Director Anglo American Platinum Ltd. Prior to this, she served as the Group Head of Processing for Anglo American from 2014 to 2020. Previously, she served as an Executive Vice President of Processing at Lonmin. Earlier, she served as the General Manager of BHP's Klipspruit Colliery.

Mr Francois Hardy has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to this he served as Head of Mineral Resource Management of the company.

Ms. Suzanne Retallack has been the Chief Safety and Sustainability Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President for Health, Safety and Security of the company in 2019. Previously, she held senior roles in Health and Safety, Environment and Security with Rio Tinto.
