Mr. Jean Mouton has been the Chairman of Nexans since 2019. Prior to this, he also served as the Senior Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Mouton also serves as the Member of the Audit Committee of the ARC Foundation and Member of the Supervisory Board of the Aeroports de la Cote d’Azur and the Chairman of Stelmax SASU.

Mr. Julien Hueber has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2025. He also served as the Executive Managing Director of PWR Grid and Connect Europe of the company. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of the Industrial Solutions and Projects business, and later led Nexans’ operations in the Asia-Pacific region. Previously, he held several senior positions in Australia, South Korea, and China.

Mr. Vincent Piquet has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2026. Currently, he serves as Chief Financial Officer of Ampere, a subsidiary of Renault. Prior to this, he worked at GE from 2000 to 2019 and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer of GE Healthcare EAGM (Istanbul), Managing Director of Global Operations for Europe (London), Global Chief Financial Officer of the Oil and Gas Division (London), and Chief Financial Officer of Turbo Machine and Process Solutions (Florence).

Mr. Guillaume Eymery has been the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Purchasing Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he held key leadership roles in sales development, strategy, transformation, and general management, including General Manager for Land High Voltage and Chief Transformation Officer for Subsea & Land Systems.

Mr. Nino Cusimano serves as the Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Development Officer, and Secretary General of the company. Prior to this, he was the Group General Counsel for Telecom Italia and, more recently, for CMA CGM. He has also held a number of executive positions with multinational groups such as General Electric and PPG Industries. Previously, Mr. Nino served on the Board of Acea S.p.As an Independent Director.
