Mr. Jean Mouton has been the Chairman of Nexans since 2019. Prior to this, he also served as the Senior Partner and Managing Director at the Boston Consulting Group since 1982. Mr. Mouton also serves as the Member of the Audit Committee of the ARC Foundation and Member of the Supervisory Board of the Aeroports de la Cote d’Azur and the Chairman of Stelmax SAS.

Ms. Maria Lorente Fraguas has been the Senior Corporate Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of the company since October 2022.

Mr. Christopher Guerin has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of Nexans Suisse SA, Nexans Deutschland GmbH and Europacable Industry Team. He served as the Director of Nexans Partecipazioni Italia Srl, Intercablo SpA and Legendre Holding 28. Mr. Guerin served as the Senior Executive Vice President of Europe and Telecom/Datacom, Power Accessories Business Groups since 2014. Prior to this, he held various Sales and Marketing positions in France and Europe for six years. He served as the Sales Director Europe from 2005 to 2007 and held various management positions in Metallurgy division at Alcatel Cables and Components.

Mr. Jean-Christophe Juillard has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2022. And he also served as a Chief Financial Officer of Nexans Since 2019.Prior to this he also served as a Senior Corporate Vice President. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of ContourGlobal Group. He held various management roles in Finance at Alstom Transport for North and South America divisions and renewable energy divisions from 2004 to 2013. Mr. Juillard served as in Ernst & Young audit department from 1996 to 2004 and served in Spie Batignolles from 1992 to 1996. He held various management roles in Finance at various manufacturing and energy sectors in the United States and Europe.

Ms. Elyette Roux has been the Chief Sales and Marketing Communications Officer and Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as Head of Customer experience CX – South Europe in 2019 / France Digital Acceleration Leader at CISCO. Prior to this, Ms. Roux served as Vice-President in Strategy, Business Development and Operations in 2016 before being a Vice President in Customer Experience & Digital Innovation. Previously, she worked in the role of global Strategic Account Manager for Saint-Gobain in 2010. Earlier, she served in Schneider Electric as Business Manager for 12 years. Prior to this, Ms. Roux started her career at Dassault Aviation in 2004.
