Mr. Perry A. Sook has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nexstar since 1996. He also serves as a Director of the National Association of Broadcasters, Broadcast Music Inc and the Chairman of Television Bureau of Advertising, and Ohio University Foundation.

Ms. Lee Ann Gliha has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. She also serves as a Director of National Hot Rod Association. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Director at Jefferies LLC from 2016 to 2021. She also served as the Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey from 2008 to 2016. Previously, Ms. Gliha served in various positions including Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance at UBS Investment Bank, Banc of America Securities, and Live Nation Inc from 2006 to 2008.

Mr. Michael Biard has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President of Operations and Distribution and several other positions at Fox Corporation from 2018 to August 2023. He also served as the President of Distribution at Fox Networks Group from 2013 to 2018.

Mr. Gary Weitman has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Communication Officer of the company since 2019. He also serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Nexstar Media Charitable Foundation. Previously, he worked as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Relations from 2008 to 2019, Vice President, Corporate Communications from 2000 to 2008 at Tribune Media Company. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Director of Corporate Communications at Allied Riser Communications Corp; Senior Vice President of Media Relations at Hill and Knowlton Inc from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Weitman also spent 15 years in broadcast journalism, holding various positions at the CBS- and FOX-owned television stations in Chicago, IL from 1982 to 1997.

Mr. Brett E. Jenkins has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Technology and Digital Officer of the company since 2018. He also serves on the board of the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC). Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company from 2017 to 2018. Previously, he worked as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Media General from 2014 to 2017, and LIN Media from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Jenkins also held various technology positions at ION Media Networks and executive positions at Thales Broadcast and Multimedia and Thomson.
