Nextera Energy Partners LP: Executives

Mr. John W Ketchum has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Previously, Mr. Ketchum served as the President of NEP LP from March 2019 until March 2022. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of NEP LP from August 2017 to March 2019 and served as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of NEP GP from March 2016 to August 2017. From March 2019 until March 2022, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of NEER. Previously, Mr. Ketchum served as the Executive Vice President of finance and Chief Financial Officer of NEE from March 2016 to March 2019. Previously, he served as NEE’s Senior Vice President of Finance from February 2015 to March 2016. From December 2013 to February 2015, he was Senior Vice President of business management and finance and from December 2012 to December 2013 the Senior Vice President of business management of NEER. Mr. Ketchum served as the Vice President and General Counsel and Secretary of NEER from June 2009 to December 2012.

Mr. Kirk Crews has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at the company. Previously, Mr. Crews served as the Controller and Chief Accounting officer at NextEra Energy Partners. He currently also serves as Executive Vice President of finance and Chief Financial Officer at NEE and as Executive Vice President of finance and Chief Financial Officer of NEE’s rate-regulated utility Florida Power & Light Company since March 2022.

Ms. Rebecca Kujawa has been the President and Director of the company since 2022, Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at NextEra Energy; Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Florida Power & Light Company; and Chief Financial Officer and Director of NextEra Energy Partners. Ms. Kujawa also served as the Vice President of business management at NextEra Energy Resources; Vice President of business management for the Midwest and International region for NextEra Energy Resources; and Director of Investor Relations for NextEra Energy. Earlier, she served as the Senior Vice President of equity research at Stanford Group Company. Ms. Kujawa currently also serves on the board of directors for Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited.

Mr. James May has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of the company since 2019. He also served in various finance and accounting positions since 2013. Mr. May was the Corporate Controller at NextEra Energy Resources, LLC from April 2015 to March 2019. Previously, he also served as the Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP for 12 years.
