Mr. Ketchum has held significant executive positions with NextEra Energy, NextEra Energy Resources, and NextEra Energy Partners, LP ("NEP"), among others.

Ms. Rebecca J. Kujawa has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. Previously, Ms. Kujawa also served as the President and Director at NextEra Energy Partners, LP. Prior to this, served as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Kujawa served as Senior Vice President of equity research at Stanford Group Company, and she began her career as an equity derivatives Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Armando Pimentel has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Florida Power & Light Company since 2023. Previously, Mr. Pimentel served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Pimentel also previously served as Executive Vice President of Finance, and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to this, Mr. Pimentel was a Partner at Deloitte & Touche.
