Mr. Tetsuhiro Kito has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, General Manager of Fresh Meats Business Division and Head of Cross-Business Strategy at the company from 2021 to 2023. Previously, he served as the Representative Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Fresh Meats Business Division at the company. Mr. Kito also served as the Director, Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Overseas Business Division of the company. Earlier, he worked as the Managing Executive Officer of Sales Management and Group Sales Planning department, General Manager of Sales & Marketing division, and Processed Foods Business division of the company. He also worked as the Executive Officer, General Manager of General Merchandising division, Sales & Marketing division, Processed Foods Business division of Nippon Meat Packers, Inc.

Mr. Nobuhisa Ikawa has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, Director, and General Manager of Corporate Planning division of the company from 2022 to 2023. Previously, Mr. Ikawa served as the Vice President, Representative Director, General Manager of Processed Foods Business division and in charge of new business development at the company. He also served as the Representative Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer, Managing Executive Officer, Executive Officer and General Manager of Processed Foods Business division, Food Services division, and Sales & Marketing division at the company. Earlier, Mr. Ikawa served as the Executive Officer, General Manager of Food Services division and General Manager of Delicatessen department at the company and General Manager of Kansai Food Services department and Kanto Food Services department, Food Services division, Sales & Marketing division, and Processed Foods Business division at Nippon Meat Packers, Inc.

Mr. Fumio Maeda has been the Director, Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Fresh Meats Business division of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Processed Foods Business division from 2022 to 2023, and General Manager of Corporate Planning division from 2021 to 2022 at the company. Previously, he served as the General Manager of Corporate Planning division, Product Management division, and Processed Foods Business division of the company. Mr. Maeda also worked as the Executive Officer, General Manager of Hams & Sausages division and General Manager of Deli & Processed Foods division of the company. Earlier, he served as the Executive Officer, General Manager of Domestic Fresh Meats Sales division, and Fresh Meats Business division of Nippon Meat Packers, Inc. He joined the company in 1988.

Mr. Masahito Kataoka has been the Director and Managing Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Executive Officer of Accounting & Finance department, Quality Assurance department, Customer Service department and Lifestyle Research Office, and General Manager of Tokyo Branch Office at the company from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, he worked as the General Manager of Corporate Communications department, Brand Communication Office, Communication Strategy division, Public and Investor Relations department at the company. Mr. Kataoka also worked as the General Manager of Accounting & Finance department, and Accounting & Finance department of Nippon Meat Packers, Inc. He joined the company in 1985.
