Mr. Nobuhisa Ikawa has been the Chairman of the company since April 2026. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, Director, and General Manager of Corporate Planning division of the company from 2022 to 2023. Previously, Mr. Ikawa served as the Vice President, Representative Director, General Manager of Processed Foods Business division and in charge of new business development at the company. He also served as the Representative Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer, Managing Executive Officer, Executive Officer and General Manager of Processed Foods Business division, Food Services division, and Sales & Marketing division at the company. Earlier, Mr. Ikawa served as the Executive Officer, General Manager of Food Services division and General Manager of Delicatessen department at the company and General Manager of Kansai Food Services department and Kanto Food Services department, Food Services division, Sales & Marketing division, and Processed Foods Business division at Nippon Meat Packers, Inc.

Mr. Fumio Maeda has been the Director of the company since 2024 and Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since April 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Executive Officer from 2020 to 2024, General Manager of Processed Foods Business division from 2022 to 2023, and General Manager of Corporate Planning division from 2021 to 2022 at the company. Previously, he served as the General Manager of Corporate Planning division, Product Management division, and Processed Foods Business division of the company. Mr. Maeda also worked as the Executive Officer, General Manager of Hams & Sausages division and General Manager of Deli & Processed Foods division of the company. Earlier, he served as the Executive Officer, General Manager of Domestic Fresh Meats Sales division, and Fresh Meats Business division of Nippon Meat Packers, Inc. He joined the company in 1988.
