Mr. Kenya Okushi has been the Chairman of the company since April 2026. Prior to this, he served as a Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He was Director and President at Nichirei Foods Inc. Previously, he served as Director and Executive Officer at the company in 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Shimamoto served as the Representative Director and President of Nichirei Logistics Group Inc. Previously, he was the Director, Executive Officer, General Manager of Strategic Planning Division and General Manager of Sales Strategy Division at Nichirei Logistics Group Inc. Mr. Kenji Suzuki has been the Director, Senior Executive Officer, Executive General Manager of Corporate Management Headquarters and Chief Financial Officer at the company since 2026. Previously, he served as the Executive Officer at the company in 2021. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Finance, and Business Management division at the company. He joined the company in 1991.

Mr. Masahiko Takenaga has been the Chief Operating Officer, Director and Senior Executive Officer of the company since April 2026. Previously, Mr. Moriai was Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer of Nichirei Logistics Group Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Director, Managing Executive Officer of Nichirei Logistics Group Inc. Previously, Mr. Moriai was the Director, Executive Officer of Nichirei Logistics Group Inc.
