Mr. Gerard H. Brimo has been Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, he served at Citibank as the Vice President of the bank Capital Markets Group in Hong Kong. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Philex Mining Corporation from 1994 to 2003. Mr. Brimo served as the President of the Chamber of Mines of the Philippines from 1993 to 1995, and as the Chairman from 1995 to 2003 and 2017 until 2021. Mr. Brimo serves as the Chairman of company's mining subsidiaries CMC, DMC, HMC, CExCI, Newminco, CDTN, and a Director of SBC and Commonwealth Foods, Inc.

Ms. Maria Patricia Z. RIingen has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she held various roles at the Western Union Company including the Senior Vice President and Regional Head for Asia Pacific. She serves as the President of Manta Equities, Inc. (Manta) and Manta Foundation, Inc. and a Director of Mantra Resources, Inc. She is the Vice Chairman of RTN and TMC, and a Director of DMC, CDTN, and CExCI. Ms. Riingen also serves as a Director of EPI and GRHI.

Mr. Martin Antonio G. Zamora has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he was the Philippine Country Manager and a Director of UPC Renewables, a global developer, owner and operator of wind farms and solar facilities. Previously, Mr. Zamora worked for finance and investment banking firms including CLSA, Robert Fleming & Co. (UK), Jardine Fleming, and SGV and Co. Currently, he also serves as the President of all the mining subsidiaries at the company, and the Chairman of EPI and its subsidiaries.

Ms. Maria Angela G. Villamor has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Revenue Management Group at the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Group Controllership and Internal Audit, and the Chief Audit Executive at the company. She also served as the Senior Director of the Assurance Division at SGV & Co. and the Senior Manager at KPMG UAE. Ms. Villamor serves as a Director of CMC, DMC, HMC, CDTN, EPI, JSI, MGPC, and BHI.

Ms. Georgina Carolina Y. Martinez has been the Senior Vice President of Corporate Support and Compliance Services, the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Governance Officer and the Assistant Secretary of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Legal, Human Resources, and Administration at EPI.
