Mr. Jeffrey Wolf serves as the Chairman, President, and the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He has been the Director of the company since 2008. Mr. Wolf founded Heat Biologics in 2008. Mr. William Ostrander has been the Chief Financial Officer and secretary of the company since 2021. Previously he joined as Vice President of Finance of the Company since September 2019. Prior to this, Mr. Ostrander served as Executive Director of Finance at Liquidia Technologies. Prior to this, Mr. Ostrander served as Senior Director of Finance and Accounting at KBI Biopharma. He also served as Manager of Finance at LexisNexis Risk Solutions and as Controller at Seisint Inc.

Anthony Manning has been the Chief Scientific Advisor of the company since May 2021. He has 30 years of experience in immunology and auto-immune disease research & development. Prior to this, he worked at Momenta Pharmaceuticals as Chief Scientific Officer and Head of Research. Prior to Momenta, Mr. Manning served at Aileron Therapeutics as Senior Vice President of Research and Preclinical Development. Prior to Aileron, he served as Head of Inflammation and Autoimmune Disease Research at Biogen and as Vice President, and Global Therapy Area Head of Inflammation, Autoimmunity & Transplantation Research at Roche.
