Mr. Yasuhiro Ohmura has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2026. Before this, he served as a Director, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, General Manager of Healthcare Business Unit, Head of Production Technology of the company since April 2025. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, General Manager of Corporate Strategy, Officer in charge of Internal Audit Department, Imaging Solution Development Department, IT Solutions, Optical Engineering and Production Technology of the company. Earlier, he served as Senior Executive Vice President, General Manager of Office of the President, Head of Optical Engineering Division at company from April 2021 to April 2024. He also served as Corporate Vice President, General Manager of Optical Engineering Division and General Manager of Optical Engineering Division from April 2017 to 2021.

Mr. Muneaki Tokunari has been the Chairman of the company since April 2026. Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer, and Director of the company since April 2024. Prior to this, he served as Director, Executive Deputy President, Senior Executive Vice President and Vice President of the Company since April 2020 to February 2024. He is also a Officer of Internal Audit Department, Corporate Sustainability Department, Finance & Accounting Division and IT Solutions Division of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of MUFG Bank, Ltd., The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., Director, Managing Executive Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. and Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. Prior to this, he also served as the Executive Officer, Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Corporate Planning Division of the company.
