Mr. Shigeki Mori has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Corporate Officer, and the Head of Technical Glass and Architectural Glass Japan business unit from 2012 to 2015. He also served as the Head of Production, Fabrication and Marketing for UK and South Europe, Architectural Glass business units from 2010 to 2012. He also served at various positions in the company including Head of Functional Glass Department for Building Products Division; General Manager of Functional Glass Production and Technology; and President of NSG Building Products Co., Ltd and NSG Kanto Co., Ltd.

Mr. Munehiro Hosonuma has been the Chief Operating Officer, Director, Executive Officer, and President of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Senior Executive Officer, Head of Architectural Glass SBU of the company in 2021. He joined the company as a Senior Corporate Officer, and Chief Corporate Planning Officer in 2018. Previously, he held various position in Nikken Sekkei Ltd., Boston Consulting Group, and Sumitomo 3M Ltd.

Mr. Akihito Okochi has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Corporate Officer and Head of Corporate Planning and Strategy Division & Finance Division.
