Mr. Shingo Hamada has been the Chairman of the company since May 2025. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Shingo Hamada served as the Chief Operating Officer, Representative Board Member and Senior Managing Executive Officer of the company. Earlier, he served as the Operating Officer of the Deputy Food Products Business of the company in 2017. He also served as the President at Shandong Sanford Nissui Co., Ltd in 2011. Mr. Hamada joined the company in 1983.

Mr. Sinya Yamamoto has been the Chief Financial Officer, Managing Executive Officer, and Director of the company since June 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President of Nissui G Net Co Ltd. Previously, he served as the Executive Officer at the company in 2014; as General Manager of the finance and accounting department of the company in 2013. He joined the company in 1985.

Mr. Koji Umeda has been the Director, Chief Operating Officer and Managing Executive Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Marketing Planning Department, and Operating Officer of Commissioned Food Products Business at the company. Previously, he served as Executive Officer and General Manager of National Account Sales Division in 2016; General Manager of Metropolitan Consumer Products Sales Department, National Account Sales Division in 2015; General Manager of Fukuoka Branch in 2013; General Manager of Shelf-stable Foods Department in 2009; General Manager of Hiroshima Branch in 2007. He joined the company in 1983.

Mr. Seiji Takahashi has been the Director, and Senior Managing Executive Officer of the company since June 2021. He also serves as the Fisheries Business Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as Board Member, Executive Officer and the Company President, NIPPON SUISAN (U.S.A.), INC in 2015. Prior to this, he served as Business Supervisor in South America; as President fvat NIPPON SUISAN AMERICA LATINA S.A in 2011. Earlier, he served as General Manager of Feed and Aquaculture Department from 2007 to 2009; General Manager of Live and Fresh Fish Feed Department from 2004 to 2007. He joined the company in 1982.

Mr. Shinya Yamashita has been the Director, and Managing Executive Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Officer, Fine Chemicals Business Operating Officer, and Head of R&D Group of the Company from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he served as Executive Officer and General Manager of Central Research Laboratory at the company in 2016; General Manager of Central Research Laboratory and General Manager of Tokyo Innovation Center in 2011; General Manager of Central Research Laboratory in 2007. He joined the company in 1983. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman, of TN Fine Chemicals Co Ltd.
