Mr. Jun Sawada has been the Chairman of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company from 2020 to 2022, Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of NTT, Inc from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he held various positions at NTT Communications Corporation including Director, Senior Executive Vice President, Manager of Corporate Strategy Planning Department, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President.

Mr. Akira Shimada is the Director, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Resource Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of the company. Currently, he serves as the Senior Executive Vice President at NTT, Inc since 2018. Previously, he held various positions of the company including Executive Vice President, Head of General Affairs, Senior Vice President, and Vice President of Corporate Strategy Planning. Prior to this, he served as a Director at NTT, Inc. Earlier, Mr. Shimada held various positions at Nippon Telegraph and Telephone East Corporation including Director, Senior Vice President, and General Manager of the General Affairs and Personnel Department. He also served as the General Manager of the Accounts and Finance Department at Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corp.

Mr. Katsuhiko Kawazoe has been the Senior Executive Vice President, Director, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Digital Officer of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, Head of Research and Development Planning, Senior Vice President, and Head of the Service Innovation Laboratory Group of the company.
