Mr. Jun Sawada has been the Chairman of the company since June 2022. Currently, he serves as the Director of Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he held various positions at NTT Communications Corporation including Director, Senior Executive Vice President, Manager of Corporate Strategy Planning Department, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President.

Mr. Akira Shimada has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since June 2022. Previously, he held various positions of the company including Senior Executive Vice President, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President and Head of General Affairs. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of the General Affairs and Personnel Department of the company. He also served as the General Manager of the Accounts and Finance Department of the company from July 2007 to July 2009. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy Planning of the Company from June 2007 to July 2007.

Mr. Takashi Hiroi has been a Director and the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Director of NTT Docomo, Inc. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Accounts and Finance Department of the company from June 2020 to December 2020. He also served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Finance and Accounting of the company from June 2015 to June 2020. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy Planning, Strategic Business Development and Corporate Business Strategy of the Company.

Mr. Riaki Hoshino has been a Director, Senior Executive Vice President and the Chief Technology Officer of the company since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Director, Executive Officer and Senior Executive Manager of Network Business Headquarters of NTT East, Inc. Previously, he served as the Executive Manager of Strategic Network Management Department of Network Business of NTT East, Inc. He served as the General Manager in charge of Corporate Strategy Planning Department of NTT East, Inc from June 2016 to June 2018. Mr. Hoshino served as the General Manager of the Tokyominami Branch of Tokyo Division of NTT East, Inc from July 2014 to June 2016. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager in charge of Plant Department of Network Business of NTT East, Inc from July 2010 to July 2014. He also served as the General Manager in charge of R&D Center of Network Business of NTT East, Inc from July 2007 to July 2010. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Business Strategy of the Company from July 2005 to July 2007.

Ms. Sachiko Oonishi has been a Director, the Chief Customer Experience Officer, Co-Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, Head of Research and Development Market Strategy and an Executive Vice President of the company since June 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Third Business Solutions, Business Solution Division of NTT Docomo Business, Inc from June 2021 to June 2023. Previously, she served as the Head of Third Business Solutions, Business Solution Division of NTT Communications Corporation of NTT Docomo Business, Inc from June 2020 to June 2021. She also served as the Vice President of Strategic Business Development of the Company from June 2016 to June 2020. Ms. Oonishi also served as the General Manager of Stadium Wi-Fi Promotion Office of NTT Broadband Platform, Inc. from July 2014 to June 2016. Earlier, she served as the General Manager in charge of the New Business Development Headquarters of NTT EAST, Inc. from July 2012 to July 2014.
