Mr. Koki Ando has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2008. He also serves as the Chairman of Japan Association for the World Food Programme and at Ando Foundation since 2007. Prior to this, he served as Director, General Manager of Overseas Businesses Division, and General Manager of Development Division of the Company in 1974. He served under various roles such as Managing Director, Representative Director, Senior Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Representative Director, President at the company. He joined the company in 1973.

Mr. Noritaka Ando has been the Executive Vice President, Director and Chief Operating Officer of the company since June 2016. He serves as Senior Managing Director, Representative Director, Chief Managing Officer of the Company; and President & Representative Director of Nissin Food Products Co., Ltd. since 2015. Previously, he served as Senior Managing Director & Representative Director at the company in 2016. He served as Representative Director, Senior Managing Director, Chief Strategic Officer, in charge of Marketing, and in charge of SCM of the Company; Senior Managing Director, Chief Strategic Officer, in charge of Marketing, and in charge of Production and Resourcing of the Company; Senior Managing Director, Chief Strategic Officer, and Head of Regional Headquarters of Asia of the Company; Senior Managing Director, CMO, and Chief Representative, Americas of the Company from 2011 to 2012; Director, Chief Marketing Officer of the Company; Director, in charge of Marketing of the Company; Executive Officer, General Manager of Corporate Strategy Division of the Company. He joined the company in 2007 as General Manager of Corporate Planning Division.

Mr. Yukio Yokoyama has been the Director, and Chief Strategy Officer of the company since April 2021. Previously, he served as the President, General Manager, Executive Officer of the company. He also served as the General Manager and Executive Officer of Shibuya Branch of Mizuho bank Co Ltd. He served as Executive Officer, General Manager of Finance and Accounting Division at the Company. He also served as President and Representative Director at Nissin Asset Management Co., Ltd. from 2008 to 2010. He joined the company in 2008 as Executive Officer and General Manager of Financial Division.

Mr. Sandeep Bakhshi has been the Chief Business Officer and Managing Director of Indo Nissin Foods since 2023. Previously, he held positions at reputable companies such as SC Johnson (now Brillon), Mars-Wrigley, Pidilite, AkzoNobel, and Asian Paints. His proficiency lies in fostering growth through capacity enhancement and seamless digital integration.
