Mr. Koki Ando has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since October 2008. He also serves as the Chairman of Japan Association for the World Food Programe and at Ando Foundation since 2007. Prior to this, he served as Director, General Manager of Overseas Businesses division, and General Manager of Development division of the Company in 1974. He also served under various roles such as Managing Director, Representative Director, Senior Managing Director, and Executive Vice President at the company. Mr. Ando joined the company in 1973.

Mr. Noritaka Ando has been the Executive Vice President, Director and Chief Operating Officer of the company since June 2016. He also serves as the President & Representative Director of Nissin Food Products Co., Ltd. since 2015. Previously, he served as the Senior Managing Director & Representative Director at the company. He served as Representative Director, Senior Managing Director, and Chief Strategic Officer of the company. Prior to this, he worked as the Senior Managing Director, Representative Director, Chief Managing Officer and Head of Regional Headquarters of Asia of the company. Earlier, Mr. Ando served as the Executive Officer, and General Manager of Corporate Strategy division of the company. He joined the company in 2007 as General Manager of Corporate Planning division.

Mr. Yukio Yokoyama has been the Director, Managing Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2010 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Executive Officer, General Manager of Finance and Accounting division at the company. He also served as the General Manager and Executive Officer of Shibuya Branch of Mizuho bank Co Ltd. Earlier, Mr. Yokoyama served as President and Representative Director at Nissin Asset Management Co., Ltd. from 2008 to 2010. He joined the company in 2008 as Executive Officer and General Manager of Financial division.
