Mr. Warren A. Veltman has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President at NN since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the interim President since 2019. Mr. Veltman served as Executive Vice President of the Mobile Solutions group of NN; Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Autocam Precision Components Group. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Autocam Corporation from 1990 and secretary and treasurer since 1991. He served as an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. Michael C. Felcher has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2021. Prior to this, he served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from June 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, North America Chief Financial Officer for JELD-WEN, Inc.

Mr. Tim French has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Custom Packaging & The Color Group. Previously he served leadership roles at Synergein Solutions, French Consulting Services, Prolamina and Pliant Corporation.

Mr. David Harrison has been the Chief Procurement Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served in senior executive procurement, sourcing, and logistics roles in manufacturing.

Ms. D. Gail Nixon has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of NN since 2018. She held several positions including Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Human Resources Manager. Ms. Nixon served as a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She held several accounting and human resources positions including Corporate Human Resources Director from 2000 to 2007.
