Mr. Stefan Descheemaeker has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since June 2015. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Delhaize Group SA from 2008 and 2011. Prior to this, Mr. Descheemaeker served at Anheuser-Busch Inbev as the Head of Strategy and External Growth.

Mr. Samy Zekhout has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since April 2018. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Global Grooming at Procter & Gamble.

Mr. Noam Gottesman has been the Co-Chairman of the company since 2014. He is the Founder and Managing Partner at TOMS Capital LLC. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Office of GLG Partners Inc and Executive Director at Goldman Sachs International.

Mr. Martin E Franklin has been the Co-Chairman of the company since 2014. He also serves as the Director of the company and is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Jarden Corporation. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lumen Technologies, Inc., Benson Eyecare Corporation and Bolle Inc.

Ms. Harriet Hounsell has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, she held various Human Resources and Communication roles in Fenwick, McDonald’s, Marks and Spencer and John Lewis.
