Mr. Russell W. Galbut has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the company. Earlier, he served as a Director of Prestige Cruises International Inc from 2005 to 2014. He is the Managing Principal of Crescent Heights.

Mr. Harry J. Sommer has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Brand, and the President of International at the company’s portfolio of award-winning brands, including Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

Mr. Mark A. Kempa has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company, the Senior Vice President of Finance from 2014 to 2018, the Vice President of Corporate and Capital Planning from 2008 to 2014, and the Director of Corporate and Capital Planning from 2007 to 2008. Mr. Kempa also served as the Director of Newbuild Cost and Control from 2003 to 2006. He held various accounting and internal audit roles at the company from 1998 to 2002. He served as an Assistant Controller at International Voyager Media.

Ms. Faye L. Ashby has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Controller of the company from 2014 to 2016. Ms. Ashby also served as the Controller at Prestige Cruise Holdings from 2012 to 2014, and the Senior Director of Financial Reporting at Prestige from 2010 to 2011.

Ms. Lynn White has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Talent Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Tax, Insurance, and Human Resources at Prestige Cruise Holdings. Ms. White also served as the Senior Tax and Risk Management Executive at Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises.
