Mr. Miguel Nuno Santos Almeida serves as the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company. He also serves as a Director of Sonaecom and SGPS SA, the Chief Executive Officer at Optimus – Comunicacoes SA. Mr. Miguel also serves as the Chairman of Be Artis – Concepcao, Construcao e Gestao de Redes de Comunicacoes, Be Towering – Gestao de Torres de Telecomunicacoes and Per-Mar, Sociedade de Construcoes; and member of the board of PCJ – Publico, Comunicacao e Jornalismo, Publico – Comunicacao Social, Sonae com – Sistemas de Informacao, SGPS, Optimus, SGPS Empreendimentos Imobiliarios and WeDo Consulting – Sistemas de Informacao.

Mr. Jorge Graca is the Chief Technology Officer and Director of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as the Administrator at ZON TV Cabo. He also serves as the Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group.

Ms Filipa Santos Carvalho has been the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Director of the Legal and Regulatory Area of the company. He also served as the Director of the Legal and Regulatory Area at SONAECOM, SGPS, S.A. He currently serves as the member of Banco Português de Investimento, S.A., Apritel, and APDC.

Mr. Angelo Paupeio is the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he worked as a Board Member of Modelo Continente and Sonae Distribuicao and a Director of several companies in the Sonae universe. He served as a member of the High Council of Universidade Católica Portuguesa and Porto Business School. Mr. Angelo was a Director of the Television Project at Sonae Tecnologias de Informacao, S.A. and Director of Planning and Management Control at Sonae Investimentos (currently Sonae SGPS).
