Mr. Nikolay Ivin has been the Chairman of the company since 2025. Previously, he served in various roles at Houlihan Lokey, Citigroup Corporate, Investment Bank and GE Capital. Earlier, he served in areas of financial advisory and management consultancy in various emerging markets.

Mr. Viktor Gladun is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company. Previously, he served Chief Executive Officer and executive director on the board of directors of JKX Oil and Gas plc, from 2019 to 2022, acting Chief Executive Officer of JKX from 2017 to 2018, Chief Executive Officer of JKX’s Ukrainian subsidiary Poltava Petroleum Company Joint Venture from 2016 to 2022. Earlier, he served in executive financial roles at DTEK & NIKO, a senior auditor at TNK-BP and a tax consultant at Arthur Andersen.

Mr. David Roberts has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served at RD Energy LLC. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Operations and Managing Director of PanAfrican Energy(Tanzania)limited. Earlier, he served in senior operational and country management roles at Perneco, Pan-Ocean Energy Corporation and Addax Petroleum.

Mr. Thomas Hartnett has been the Chief Legal Officer, Head- Human Resources and Secretary of Nostrum since January 2020. Previously, he served as a partner in Whte & Case LLP. Mr. Hartnett worked in the firm’s New York, Brussels, Istanbul, London, and Bangkok offices over a 16-year period. He also served as the Senior Corporate Counsel for Intercontinental Hotels Group from 1996 to 1998.
