Mr. Matthijs Glastra has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2015 to 2016. Previously, he served as the President of the company from 2012 to 2015. Earlier, he served in various roles during his 18-year tenure at Philips, including the Chief Operating Officer of Philips Lumileds and Chief Executive Officer of Philips’ Entertainment Lighting. Prior to this, he served in various General Manager and leadership positions at various Philips divisions. He also served as the Director of Corporate Strategy at the Philips. Previously, he served as the Product Manager of Computed Tomography at Philips’ Healthcare division in 1994.

Mr. Robert Buckley has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of PerkinElmer’s Environmental Health business from 2008 to 2011. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of PerkinElmer’s Asian operations from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Buckley also served in a variety of financial management roles at PerkinElmer. Prior to this, he served in several management positions at Georgeson & Co Inc and Honeywell International Inc.

John Burke has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since August 2024. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Global Accounting from 2021 to 2024, as Vice President of Accounting from 2017 to 2021, and as Assistant Corporate Controller from 2011 to 2017. Previously, Mr. Burke worked as the Manager of Technical Accounting and Reporting at MilliporeSigma and as an audit manager in the Boston office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Ms. Sarah Betadam has been the Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Global IT from 2020 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Business Applications from 2019 to 2020. Earlier, she served as the Director and Head of IT, Portfolio, and Program Management of Splunk Inc.

Mr. Chuck Ravetto has been the Co-Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he held various Executive and Leadership roles in high-tech industrial and healthcare businesses, in both hardware and software. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of Esko in Belgium, and he led the KaVo Kerr dental business. He started his career at Videojet in the U.S. in engineering and product management leadership roles.
