Chairman Executive BoardMr. Alexander E. Natalenko has been the Chairman of the company since 2004. Prior to this, he served as the member of the Board of Directors of AO Rosgeologia. Mr. Natalenko was also the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, President of Z?? Magadan Gold & Silver Company and Head of the North-East Industrial and Geological Association. He also held various executive positions in Russian and foreign geological organizations.
Leonid V. Mikhelson

Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of SIBUR Holding from 2011 to 2013. He also worked as a Director for Art Finance from 2008 to 2011; Chairman of Yamal LNG from 2009 to 2010 and Chairman of Stroytransgas from 2008 to 2010.
Sergey Vladimirovich Vasyunin
Deputy Chairman; Director - Operations Senior ManagementMr. Sergey Vladimirovich Vasyunin has been the Deputy Chairman and Director, Operations of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Director, Operations, and First Deputy General Director-Chief Engineer of Novatek-Yurkharovneftegas. Mr. Vasyunin also worked with Spetsnefteenergomontazhavtomatika and Gazprom.
Sergey Solovyov
Director - Prospective Projects; Deputy Chairman Senior ManagementMr. Sergey Solovyov has been the Deputy Chairman and Director for Prospective Projects, since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Director of Geology from 2019 to 2021. Previously, he served as General Director of Cryogas-Vysotsk from 2017 to 2019. He served as General Director of Arctic LNG 2 from 2014 to 2017; General Director of NOVATEKYURKHAROVNEFTEGAS from 2011 to 2014; General Director of ZAO Investgeoservis from 2010 to 2011; and Managing Director of OOO NEU from 2009 to 2010. Earlier, he also served in Yurkharovneftegas as Engineer and Lead Engineer in the Field Development Group from 2004 to 2005. He also served in Nortgas as well Diagnostics Operator and well Diagnostics Foreman from 2002 to 2004.

Director - Marine Operations, Shipping and Logistics; Deputy Chief Executive Officer Senior ManagementMr. Evgeniy N. Ambrosov has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Director of Marine Operations, Shipping and Logistics of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Chairman of Artic Economic Council. Mr. Ambrosov also served as the General Director and Member of the Management Board of Sovcomflot.
