Ms. Virginia Gambale has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Head of Deutsche Bank Strategic Ventures and a General Partner at Deutsche Bank Capital. Ms. Gambale also served at Merrill Lynch, Bankers Trust, Deutsche Bank and Marsh & McLennan. Currently, she serves as the Managing Partner of Azimuth Partners LLC.

Mr. Rajiv Ramaswami has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Products and Cloud Services at VMware from 2016 to 2020. From 2010 to 2016, Mr. Rajiv served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Infrastructure and Networking at Broadcom. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager at Cisco. Mr. Rajiv also served at NeoPhotonics Corporation.

Ms. Rukmini Sivaraman has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis of the company. Previously, Ms. Rukmini held several roles as Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance, Chief People Officer, and Senior Vice President of People and Business Operations of the company. She also served at Goldman Sachs from 2009 to 2017.

Ms. Mandy Dhaliwal serves as the Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Boomi.

Mr. Brian Martin has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since June 2024. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Lyten. Previously he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and corporate secretary at Juniper Network.
