Mr. J. Christopher Barry has been the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the company's Board of Directors. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President and President of Surgical Innovations from 2015 to 2018. Prior to the acquisition of Covidien by Medtronic, Mr. Barry served as the president, Advanced Surgical Technologies of Covidien. He also served for more than 15 years in increasing leadership roles at Covidien.

Mr. Matthew K. Harbaugh has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President of Mallinckrodt’s Specialty Generics business, from May 2018 to September 2019; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from July 2013 to December 2018. Mr. Harbaugh has previously held a variety of financial management positions at Covidien Pharmaceuticals, including as Chief Financial Officer and Interim President from 2007 to July 2013. Mr. Harbaugh was a Lead Finance Executive with Cerberus Capital Management, L.P., and has worked for Monsanto Company, where he held various roles in investor relations and finance.

Mr. Ryan Donahoe has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he has held various R&D leadership roles in the company including, the Vice President of Spine R&D. He has also served at Zimmer Biomet and General Dynamics Land Systems.

Mr. Daniel J. Wolterman has been the Non Executive Chairmen of the company since May 2021. Previously he served as Independent Director of the company since 2020. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Wolterman Consulting LLC. Prior to this, he has been Chief Executive Officer of ColubrisMX, Inc and X-Cath, Inc from January 2018 to May 2019; President and Chief Executive Officer of Memorial Hermann Health System, from 2002 until May 2016.
