Mr. Dickerson Wright has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2009. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Nova Group Services from 2008 to 2009. Previously, Mr. Wright served as the Chief Executive Officer at Bureau Veritas (BV). He founded U.S. Laboratories in 1993. He has over 40 years of experience in managing and developing engineering companies.

Mr. Alexander A Hockman has been the Chief Operating Officer, Director and President of the company since 2015. He also served as the Executive Vice President and President of the company since 2010.

Ms. MaryJo O'Brien has been the Chief Administrative Officer, Director, Executive Vice President and Secretary of the company since 2015. Ms. O'Brien served as a Director of Human Resources at Nova Group Services from 2008 to 2009. Previously, she also held various management positions at Bureau Veritas in North America from 2002 to 2008. She served as a Director of Human Resources and Administrative at Testing Engineers - San Diego and U.S. Laboratories. She has over 30 years of experience in human resources, administration and the engineering and consulting engineering industry.

Mr.Edward H. Codispoti has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ilumno Holdings since 2017. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of TradeStation, Inc since 2011 to 2016.
