Mr. Kurt Sievers has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since May 2020. Previously, he held various positions at the company since 1995. Mr. Sievers serves on the board of the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA), German National Electrical and Electronics Industry Association (ZVEI), and Capgemini S.E, President of AENEAS (Industrial Association for European Nano Electronics Activities) and ESIA (European Semiconductor Industry Association).

Ms. Julie Southern has been the Chairwoman of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, she held various positions of Virgin Atlantic including the Chief Commercial Officer from 2010 to 2013 and Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2010. Previously, she served as the Group Finance Director of Porsche Cars Great Britain and Finance and Operations Director of W H Smith - H J Chapman & Co Ltd.

Mr. Bill Betz has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Business Planning & Analytics and Finance Business Group Controller for NXP’s business lines and shared service centers. Previously, he held various leadership positions at Fairchild Semiconductors, LSI Logic, and Agere Systems.

Mr. Maarten Dirkzwager has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as Head of Strategy at ASML and AMS. Earlier he held various leadership roles at the company.

Mr. Lars Reger has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of Automotive at the company. Earlier, he served as the Product Engineer at Siemens Semiconductor and Head of Process and Product Engineering Departments at Infineon.
